Look at the gear chart and find the first blue level, it is "performance" gearing. 3.73 was "ok" for a pavement Jeep with stock 255/75 (32), but hardly what I would call "optimal" if that is what you are looking for. I have heard people putting 265/70R16 on but there is some major rubbing plus it doesnt fit in the spare tire carrier in the back. If you are going to do some wheeling while disconnected I would suggest the 245/75R16.
