If you simply uninstall, some files are left with open ends to the uninstalled files. Therefore you need to run the "De-Install Creatures" before you delete FNIS. So install FNIS with the Creature Pack again, run FNIS, click "De-Install Creatures".

The meshes folder eventually contains all the behaviour files FNIS is supposed to generate. The Scripts folder contains one .pex file and Tools contains the GenerateFNISforUsers folder and a couple of logs and txts.
