I suggest simply burning/copying the dvd of a movie onto your laptop - it is … WebI suggest simply burning/copying the dvd of a movie onto your laptop - it is easily playable then on your laptop without the dvd in place, using whatever movie player is on the laptop (real player, itunes etc). Once you've done that, you could then convert it/downsize it to play on an ipod or similar using avs' software - reliable.
